MonStars Scheme

The ethos of the scheme is to be as flexible as possible and allow the coach to adapt the scheme to each environment and player skill level that the coach can find themselves teaching. This system has been designed to be aimed at the primary age sector however coaches can adapt the levels and material to suit their classes age and ability.

Resources aimed at the Secondary school sector will be catered for in the next phase of MonStars due for release in 2010. Coaches need not alter what they currently teach in order to use the MonStars. Simply reward a student with a sticker that corresponds to the skill they have achieved.

These stickers are placed in the achievement booklet in the appropriate level.

When a student has collected all their stickers for a level the coach has the option of presenting the student with the relevant level certificate and badge.
